In a commanding view atop an area of high ground Mellor's church can be seen for miles in the surrounding countryside. I thought this a little out of proportion with the tower and spire seemingly too small for the rest of the building. |  | ||||

I find it amazing how a few of these buildings look remarkably similar. This is in a lovely spot and the sunlight on this particular morning really brought out the colour of the stone. |  | ||||

Having passed this church many times I'd never had a good look at it. Very neat building although the spire, whilst unusual, is token. |  | ||||

Trees again and the only real decent views of this building. Nice frontage. Took a couple of shots of the rear but there is such a mish-mash of additional buildings it looked awful! |  | ||||
